Registration Information
Age Requirement A child must be 3
years old before September 1st of the current school year to be eligible
for enrollment in the 3 year old class. He/She must be 4 by September 1st
to enroll in the 4 year old class. Children need to be potty trained before
entering
preschool.
Accident Insurance The insurance coverage for students in effect this year, is through Christian Educators Insurance Trust, coverage is provided by the Life Insurance Company of North America, a member of the Cigna Group.
Registration Requirements
1. Registration Form and $50 registration fee (includes insurance and T-shirt.)
2. Immunization - Every child entering Oregon public and private schools
for the first time must present evidence that he/she is immunized against
measles, polio, diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, rubella, mumps & chicken
pox.
